Policies and trust
Booking Terms
These core terms explain when a travel request becomes a confirmed booking and how supplier dependencies are handled.
Effective: 6 August 2026
Website status
Website itineraries, planning ranges, travel times and destination descriptions are informational. A booking exists only after the traveller accepts a written quote, pays through the stated channel and receives confirmation.
Supplier availability
Hotels, carriers, vehicle operators, guides, priests, activity providers and other suppliers remain subject to availability and their own operating conditions.
- A requested hotel, vehicle, flight, train, ritual slot, guide or activity is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
- A material substitution requires disclosure and traveller acceptance where acceptance is reasonably possible.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide accurate names, contact details, dates and requirements, review the written plan and carry valid documents.
- Passport, visa, health, entry, permit and insurance compliance remains the traveller's responsibility unless a specific assistance service is included.
- Visa assistance does not guarantee approval or entry.
- Temple access, darshan, rituals, weather and spiritual outcomes are not guaranteed.
Changes and disruptions
Schedules may change because of weather, government directions, religious-event controls, transport disruption, safety conditions or supplier failure. The 7 Wonders will communicate known material changes and available alternatives.
Complaints
A service concern should be reported during the journey when correction may still be possible. A post-trip complaint should identify the booking and disputed service with supporting records.
