Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund outcomes are tied to the confirmed booking and its suppliers, not to generic percentages displayed before inventory is selected.
Effective: 6 August 2026
Booking-specific terms
There is no universal website refund percentage. The written quote must state the cancellation and amendment terms that apply to the selected hotels, carriers, vehicles, guides, activities and other suppliers.
Cancellation requests
A cancellation request should be sent through the recorded booking contact. The effective time is when The 7 Wonders receives enough information to identify the confirmed booking.
- Supplier penalties, issued-ticket rules, payment-gateway reversals and non-refundable commitments may be deducted.
- A no-show or unused service may receive no refund where the supplier terms say so.
- Changing dates, names, route or traveller count may be treated as an amendment or cancellation by a supplier.
Refund processing
An approved refund is returned through the appropriate traceable payment route after recoverable supplier amounts are received or confirmed. Bank, card or gateway settlement time is outside The 7 Wonders' direct control.
Disruption and force majeure
Weather, government controls, religious-event restrictions, transport cancellation, strikes, natural events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may limit refundability. Available rebooking, credit or refund choices depend on the affected supplier terms.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. A disputed calculation should be raised with the written quote, payment record and supplier terms.
