Payment Terms
These controls help travellers distinguish an indicative plan from a payable, confirmed booking.
Effective: 6 August 2026
Before payment
The traveller should receive a written quote identifying the payer, traveller scope, services, amount, payment schedule, cancellation terms and known supplier dependencies.
Approved payment instructions
Payment should be made only to the beneficiary or gateway stated in the confirmed communication from The 7 Wonders.
- Do not send card PINs, OTPs, CVVs or online-banking passwords to The 7 Wonders or any supplier.
- Verify unexpected beneficiary or payment-link changes through the published phone number before paying.
- Keep the payment acknowledgement and booking confirmation.
Price changes
An indicative website range may change before confirmation because inventory, taxes, currency, transport fares or supplier charges changed. A confirmed price can change only under the accepted booking terms or with traveller agreement, except where law requires otherwise.
Failed or duplicate payment
A failed, pending or duplicate transaction should be reported with the gateway reference and amount. The traveller should not share sensitive authentication data while requesting reconciliation.
