The 7 Wonders collects only the details needed to respond to a travel enquiry or newsletter request.

• Enquiry details may include name, mobile number, optional email, origin, destination, intended travel date, traveller count, budget band and requirements you choose to share.
• Newsletter signup requires an email address and explicit subscription consent.
• The public enquiry form does not collect card, bank-account, passport or government-identity numbers.

Enquiry information is used to prepare, discuss and administer the requested travel service. Newsletter information is used only for the subscribed email communication.

• The 7 Wonders does not use enquiry consent as consent for unrelated marketing.
• Information may be shared with a proposed supplier only when needed to obtain availability or perform a confirmed service.
• Visa or insurance documents, when required, must use a separately confirmed secure process; they should not be sent through the public enquiry form.

Enquiry records are retained only for follow-up, service administration, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods must be reviewed against the purpose and applicable Indian law.

• A traveller may request correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or deletion where retention is not legally required.
• Operational backups may retain an item for a limited rotation period before final deletion.

Access to enquiry records is restricted to authenticated administration routes. Hosting, database, email, payment and supplier systems may process limited data according to their role.

• No internet transmission can be promised as risk-free.
• Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly to booking@the7wonders.co.in.

Privacy requests can be emailed to booking@the7wonders.co.in with enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry. Identity may be verified before disclosing or changing personal information.
